Guided by the skills of her Umbrian father in-law, a true truffle connoisseur who taught her everything on the subject, she has immersed herself into the world of truffle hunters, the skilled individuals whose knowledge is passed down through generations within their families. Through these invaluable connections, she gained access to the freshest, highest-quality truffles and learned how to source different varieties throughout the year. 

Meera personally selects each truffle, ensuring exceptional quality and flavour. Her commitment to excellence has earned her a reputation as a trusted purveyor of truffles in the culinary world.
