Porchetta tonnata

our porchetta that we don’t sell, we will then chill and refrigerate.

this will then be cut thinly on the salumi slicer and placed on the plate.

a dressing is then made of tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, anchovies, olive oil.

this is then dressed on top, with an extra garnish of capers olive oil and lemon juice and lots of black pepper.

allergies: fish, eggs, mustard, sulphites
